I am writing to congratulate you on the magnificent food you supplied for our son's Aufruf.

It's difficult to single ou any one item, however the Thai Fish Cakes were a hit! And the Ice-creams ... wow!!

In fact everything tasted wonderful.

We are writing to express our gratitude and admiration at the way Leah's Bat Mitzvah weekend was catered.

From the Shabbat lunch in our own home, when your staff transformed the available space into an hospitable and welcoming environment, to the party on Sunday at the Hendon Hall Hotel, the service and attention to detail was exemplary.

Needless to say the food on both ocassions was superb, every single item was totally delicious, but the greatest praise must be reserved for the 'desert extravaganza' which certainly lived up to its name!

Thank you once again for your helpfulness & professionalism, and we look forward to having the pleasure of eating 'la creme de la creme' again.
